Retention
Daniel's Moving & Storage recognizes and rewards the excellence in our moving crews. Each month we select the most outstanding member of our crews as the employee of the month. We reward this excellence with a plaque in our office, covered parking, and their name is posted on our sign in the front of our building.
Hiring
As positions come available, we prefer to promote current employees. This is another method we use to reward quality employees. This results in a long-term partnership between the employee and the company. However, we do hire outside of the company for positions that will improve the quality of service and the scope of our business. We are currently interviewing for CDL Drivers, Experienced Movers, Installers, and Warehouse Crew.
