I'm so glad we chose Daniel's Moving and Storage. They were quick to respond to our inquiries, they gave us an accurate quote, and their movers were very professional and cautious with our possessions and both dwellings. We had a number of unforeseen issues with our move (contractors and such), but that only highlighted how reliable and professional Daniel's Moving and Storage was. They saved us so much time and aggravation that I would give them six stars if I could.

We had been in our home for nine years and were dreading the fact we were going to move. Our Daniels representative gave us a fair price for the move and there were no extra charges after the move. The truck was plenty large enough, three guys were extremely organized, nothing broken and they finished under the time they quoted.

My husband and I underwent a cross-country move earlier this summer, from Iowa to California. Moving cross-country is stressful enough, so I wanted to make sure I had the best on hand to help us pack, oversee the move, and unpack at our final destination. I worked with Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) and Atlas movers, via Daniels in Phoenix. I had worked with an Atlas mover once before moving across country and had a very positive experience, so decided to work with them again. And yes, GMS was able to secure several bids for me, and Atlas was not the least expensive. But when you are budgeting for such an expense and you have other variables (family, pets) to manage during the move, I wanted the service to be seamless. And with very few exceptions, it was. I would definitely recommend working with all -- Ken Jones and Jon Fishman from GMS helped me select the movers and overcome any hiccups in the process; Jodi Davis at Daniels was great as my move coordinator and contact through the various stages of the move (the initial inspection to determine moving needs, the securing of special assistance to handle clocks, artwork, and the final logistics of the move), and of course Ed and Trish Dale, the husband and wife team who showed up every morning with smiles on their faces (no matter what the challenges were!), oversaw the packing and unpacking, and drove the truck itself across country. I would like to amend an earlier review I gave regarding our move from Phoenix to Tucson. My previous review stated that an antique, irreplaceable, drum table was heavily damaged by the movers when the movers loaded heavy boxes on top of our antique table, causing all 3 legs to snap off at the base. I filed a claim, but it was very minimal because I had chosen the "reimbursement by weight" option, thinking that this company would take reasonable care in packing our items. While, initially, my basic claim was what was issued, I was very impressed when Tiffany reached out to me to research further into what happened during the transit with our move. Her goodwill gesture to make things right restored my confidence in Daniel's Moving & Storage as a moving company that cares about their customers and tries to make things right. I appreciated Tiffany's help very much, and I am now a very satisfied customer of Daniel's Moving & Storage. We relocated from Louisiana to Arizona and worked with James Rothe. Susan Baldwin organized our move efficiently, and worked hard to to get us a reputable mover. We relocated out of state previously with a different company, and had multiple items damaged or broken. Frankly, we expected the same this time around. Instead, James took care of our things like they were his own. It's he best experience I've had moving. He helped pack, load, and unload on both ends of the move, and the local crews were great. My relative helping us has moved internationally, and said she has never seen a mover as good as James. I would totally agree.

Hello Daniels Moving. We feel we need to reach out to you to let you know how happy we were with your service. After researching on the internet and trying to decide which moving company to use and reading so many negative reviews for most companies we decided to go with the cheapest price. What a mistake! The price that Teresa had given us was very comparable and we wish we had gone with Daniel's from the start! Also, Teresa also came to our home to view or belongings which most companies would not do. The moving company we chose had a month to get a truck to our house. On the Monday they were supposed to arrive they could not even tell us if the movers were going to be at our residence during that week. We had already planned on being back here in Massachusetts for job interviews and moving into our rental for a year. I called Teresa not knowing what to expect after deciding to go with another company. She was so eager to help us in our transition back to Massachusetts. She arranged for the movers to come to our house two days later and take all of our furniture and belongings to storage so we could leave and she scheduled a date with Lisa to have our belongings transported. The movers that arrived to take our belongings and the movers that brought our belongings here to Massachusetts were very friendly and professional.
