The entire process was efficient with good communication starting with Shadron, who touched base frequently, even after hours. The team worked well together; were respectful, friendly, professional and took special care with our furniture. We were doing a full house renovation and were able to determine we did not need a pod for our storing our belongings, but could be stored in our basement and garage. That in itself saved money. Also, part of the move took less time than expected in the estimate, so more savings for us.
