I would like to amend an earlier review I gave regarding our move from Phoenix to Tucson. My previous review stated that an antique, irreplaceable, drum table was heavily damaged by the movers when the movers loaded heavy boxes on top of our antique table, causing all 3 legs to snap off at the base. I filed a claim, but it was very minimal because I had chosen the "reimbursement by weight" option, thinking that this company would take reasonable care in packing our items. While, initially, my basic claim was what was issued, I was very impressed when Tiffany reached out to me to research further into what happened during the transit with our move. Her goodwill gesture to make things right restored my confidence in Daniel's Moving & Storage as a moving company that cares about their customers and tries to make things right. I appreciated Tiffany's help very much, and I am now a very satisfied customer of Daniel's Moving & Storage.
